"The first time he came out, he thought he could fix the problem but he had not. So I had to call him back again and I just happen to have a spare faucet assembly so he took off the faucet assembly and put on the new one. He had to make a larger access hole to get too to get to it on the side where the vanity is. When he got the old assembly off, we realized that there was defect in the washer that's why the water was going through. He did come exactly like he said he would. When I called him back to come back, I did not have any problem with him agreeing to come back and that was a plus. He seemed to really want to fix the problem and he didn't stop until he fixed it. I would probably use him again."
