"I'm satisfied the problem was fixed however, two issues arose. The tech burned our baseboard molding trying to sweat a fitting onto the copper pipe. The service van was not equipped with the correct part - a cold water supply valve for the toilet. Rather a fundamental part - I was surprised."

"Super nice guy, very quick service. Will use him for projects in the future."

"Mr Pinkston promptly returned my call. He re-scheduled some work to be able to come over to my house that day. He was able to replace a significant section of my main water line that had developed holes. Mr. Pinkston took the time to review with me what the issue was and how he was going to repair the line. I would use Mr. Pinkston again.

"After having Bobby come to check out our leaking water heater, he went over options to replace, options to upgrade and how each of those could be accomplished and at what price. We had a 50 gal electric heater and my wife and I decided to replace what we had, plus add another 50 gal tank for back up. This was accomplished knowledgably and quickly, using the existing pipes, plus adding connecting pipes to the extra heater. Expansion tanks were provided for both water heaters, which is a (relatively) new requirement. Great work, quick and professional."

"William replaced a part on my water softener in a few minutes. He changed my water filter and then he trouble-shooted an electrical issue I was having. He told me what kind of switch to buy and how to install a it. He was friendly, courteous and professional. He came out the morning after I called him and arrived on time. I would highly recommend him! It was a pleasure doing business with him!"

"Awsoeme service, very knowledgeable, and very reasonable price. Would definitely hire again."

"The Choice warranty Co is a lifesaver, great fast and reliable service, we had a water heater and a washing machine malfunction in a two month interval and we were approved for repairs in both instances within 36 hours and scheduled for repairs within one day later"

"Daniel was very prompt, courteous and professional. He worked with me to come up with a plan to minimize having the drain line interfere with my basement storage area. Both drain lines and water lines were pressure tested and required no additional work after install. Was very pleased and would recommend Plumb EZ to anyone needing plumbing work!"
