He then made sure that I knew what to expect with the contract and warranty since the office was closed. It all arrived via email this morning. It took only two hours and I had my hot water again. I was expecting to get fleeced because of the emergent situation late on Christmas Eve and was ready for an attempt to up-sell me on a bunch of extras. None of that happened. He was professional, prompt, and no up-sell. Just fixed what I needed for a fair price. The new water heater works much better than the old one did and I am very, very happy that they were there, available and so nice when it counted. I will definitely use them again for any other plumbing needs."
