"We had talked with Bruce Jansen last fall, concerning the need for a new roof.  We decided to wait until this spring to have the job done. We got a couple other estimates, plus a new estimate from Bruce, the first part of April, knowing cost had probably increased. All estimates were really close, however, Bruce decided to stick to his estimate of last fall and gave us a great deal on the gutter guards. We decided to sign a contract with Jansen & White, because of their help & information last fall and staying with their original estimate, even though their costs had increased.  They called us on Tuesday to start work on Thursday and said it would take two days. They came on time each day and had the job completed on Friday around 7:00. There was <strong> no</strong> damage to my landscape and when they completed their cleanup, you could not tell they had been here. The roof looks great and we are very pleased with the results. They did have to replace one little area of plywood, that was rotting, due to the old roof not being installed properly. They did not charge for that. They were very professional workers. We paid no money down and Bruce came by the Monday after they finished and picked up the check. <br /> <br /> It was our choice to wait until the end of the month for the job to be done. <br /> <br /> We are very satisfied and would highly recommend this company."

Tony called ahead and arrived on time.  He assessed the problem and had to run out to buy a switch since they do not carry rheostat switches in their truck. </p> <p>We also asked him about a switch that had gone bad on our trash compactor.  He removed the switch and said his boss would try to find a replacement but after an exhaustive search had no luck finding the out dated switch.</p> <p>We had used Koehler previously to install a NEST thermostat with great results.
