"I had initial contact through Angi. He was the first to be at my house without an appointment. I canceled the scheduled time later that morning with more reputable company in my zip code. HUGE mistake. This tactic through intro service is part of owners conman tactics. He gets you to buy maintenance plan. Then, every issue is a huge problem needing big bucks to complete project. He no longer is available. He was to be at my home and I canceled my own job & lost needed income. Speaks through his techs who always are delayed because grabbing other customers immediately on Angi or other services. Raphael LAMBOY is the owner and has not returned my calls or texts. I feel taken advantage as an older single woman. He has no respect for customers nor any ethical obligations to his price gouging. It?s a horrible feeling to be ripped. "Vital AC replaced the compressor in my AC unit. I had purchased the Air Conditioner from them four years ago and although it seemed expensive to replace the compressor, it was explained to me that the price included the manufacturer's warranty. So I proceeded with the repair. Some complications occurred during the repair, but the nature of the complications, and the solution, were explained to me by my Warley, the owner of the business. Because there was a weekend involved, it took a few days to repair. They graciously provided me with a temporary portable AC so i could wait a few days for the repair in comfort, for which I was very grateful. On Monday, Warley showed up to do the work himself, to make sure it was done right and that I was satisfied. I am very satisfied with the repair and their service, and the personal attention provided so that I would be 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Vital AC."

"I was renting a condo in Boynton Beach when the A/C stopped working on a Saturday afternoon. The owner arranged for Jared, owner of Cold Chillin', to come over first things Monday morning. Jared was 15 minutes early, got right to work and was able to get the unit working with 30 minutes. Jared was very pleasant and very thorough (he made sure the filter and drain were all okay). He didn't leave a trace.....even took his shoes off at the door. I didn't pay the bill but I can attest to his efficiency and professionalism. HIghly recommended!!!"
