"I hired this Plumber by the name of John Breighner on Saturday, May 31 2025. I hired this guy because he has a leak detector. I had water coming from the bottom of the ac cabinet. The previous ac company couldn?t figure out the problem after cleaning the evaporator coil. I had my neighbor shut off the water from the main & the water stopped running. John said it was an ac problem & wouldn?t get a good reading since the water on the floor has a cold temperature. I showed him the water in my mom bedroom. He referred me to an remediation company because he said I have a lot of damage! The remediation company referred me to an ac company. He said my evaporator coil needs to be repaired. John turned on back the water at the meter & left. He said he would be back when the ac got fixed. When Monday came the ac guy came & repaired but water was still leaking. John decided to use his leak detector & found the leak in my mom?s bedroom wall & fixed it. Please be very careful using this company. "
