"Bart was very friendly, and responded to my phone request for an appraisal very promptly. He kept in touch the whole time, and came out on a Friday. He took photos and some measurements while he was here for the appraisal. He took the time to explain how he would put the appraisal together and his approach. Bart stated that he should have my report to me by Close Of Business on Monday. Bart was able to beat that time, and actually had the results/report to me by Saturday evening. I would definitely use Bart again for an appraisal."

All of the agents were so pushy and with so much of sales pitch to get your business, but Mark was exception. He was the only one who had very professional approach. 2. We had deadline to sell our house in 2 months with no compromise to selling price. Mark understood our requirements and worked tirelessly to meet both of our requirements. 3. He is purely a sales agent, so he has 100% focus on selling the house. Unlike other agents, he is always available. There wasn’t a single incident where we have called and he hasn’t returned our call in 2 hours. 4. He and his office is extremely professional.
