"The installation went well however because the tech only had 1 garage door opener on the truck he advised me that he would return later in the day on Wed, 3/2 or bring the garage door opener the next Thursday, 3/3. Needless to say as of today Saturday, 3/5 I have yet to get the additional opener that has been paid for. I called and left he me messages with no response. Called the business as well as him on Friday. I was told by a lady at the business that she would be lighting fire under he as well as spoke with him directly on where he advised again I would have by end of day. No such luck."

"They have previously replaced one of the pieces of wood that broke off the gate and they have worked on the gate when it would not open (determined there was a defect due to the cold) and replaced the defective part.  We have always been happy with their work. I think it is a fairly small company so sometimes they can't get out same day but they have kept us informed of their status.  We would definitely use them again!

"Excellent! I had an emergency; needed the door replaced as fast as possible. Adi completed the work the day after I called. He was professional and thorough, working past 5 on a Saturday. The wood under the threshold was completely rotted. Adi made 3 trips to the local hardware store to get the right materials to replace everything that needed replacing. No shortcuts. When I noticed some gapping the next day, he came right back and made adjustments. The door is seated securely and looks great. Overall, quick, gracious, knowledgeable, and professional. He got it back on the track and I asked him for estimates of replacing every piece of hardware and installing complete new door, opener etc. They were willing to do the work on my schedule. "Cannot recommend this company enough! Woke-up to a broken spring on a Saturday morning and could not get our cars out of the garage. Kids had sporting events to get to later in the morning. Called my previous go to garage door company that offers 24 hr service and received their voicemail. Waited about an hour and no return call - Note it's now 5pm and still no return call. Called Reliant based upon a neighbors recommendation. Promptly answered the call and had a technician at my home in 30 minutes. I realize this is not the norm and I was fortunate that they. happened to have a tech in my area but it sure was great having someone arrive in such a short time period. The quality of work, professionalism of the tech (Colin you rock) and the cleanliness of the job was great. Colin explained that my current setup had only 1 spring on a double car garage. Nothing wrong with that setup he explained but as another option, he could install 2 smaller springs. This way if 1 broke, the 2nd would allow me to manually open the door. Sounds like a good plan to me. Thanks for the recommendation. Let's do it. While the technician was here working, I also asked him to look at my other garage door opener as it was not working properly. Learned that the computer board was bad and given the age of the unit it was worth repairing. Asked if they would be able to come back later the same day and install a new unit. They said no problem. They worked their schedule so that they could have Colin back out to my house later that same day to install a new unit. I'm back in business and could not be happier with the service and the price was very reasonable. Give these guys a shot. I think you will be impressed and more than pleased with the experience."

"Dustin is great at what he does. My old garage door was the original builder grade opener put in my house 13 years ago when it was built. It was no longer functioning properly, and after trying several different ways to correct the problem, Dustin explained how the opener had simply worn out and it was time to replace it. Dustin recommended a quality new opener that I had installed in my other home a couple of years back and know it to be a good product. Dustin is very thorough, happy to explain what he is doing every step of the way, and has an attention to detail and pride in his work that is unfortunately hard to find these days. Dustin did a great job for me, and I intend to recommend him to my family and friends. If you are looking for someone who is very knowledgeable about all things that have to do with garage doors, and is a good and honest person, Dustin is your man."

"Mark had worked with us a couple of years ago in replacing a gas line and did a great job.  So, when our water heater stopped working, I texted Mark at 8 pm. Mark was at his birthday party, but got back to me right away. We talked and he gave me advice as to what could have been wrong with the heater. The very next day (I believe it was Sunday), Seth, who works for Mark,  was there in the morning to take a look. Given that we have two young children and were without hot water, I appreciated it that they cared enough to look at it on a Sunday. We determined that given it was an old heater, and that the part that was faulty was expensive, it made more sense to replace the heater. The very next day, they came with the new heater and installed it in 3 hours. And just like that, we had hot water. They did a great job and even tidied up some of the plumbing around the heater.
I've now had three great experiences with them, and I don't even feel the need to price shop anymore- they are always on the reasonable side. I understand that there may be many companies that can replace heaters, but I think the combination of quality of work, honesty, friendliness, cost and care for the customer that they exhibit is unparalleled. They'll easily be my only call for my next project as we need to replace our air conditioning units. Highly, highly recommended.
