"I was expecting and prepared to have to tunnel or break concrete, but Morgan Leak Detection came in, located the leak and was able to bypass the bad line and reroute it with only a few simple to patch holes in the drywall. They were able to get a repair I expected to cost $7000 down to $2000. They are definitely not the cheapest guys in town if compared task for task, but they close the gap in service, honesty, and efficiency. I wanted a specialist for my problem and I was willing to pay to get the best. They delivered and I believe saved me a great deal of money in the long run. I had a friend with a similar problem a few weeks ago who got a huge quote from another plumber. I told her to give Morgan a call. Again, they found the leak and were able to perform a reroute that saved her money over the tunneling proposed by the other guy and Morgan was able to get to the job sooner to boot. "The installation itself went well, and the additional items promised were received. We negotiated for more items since we didn't need an additional RO filter. NOW here is the BUT. We do have satisfactory whole house basic filtration, BUT it adjusts the pH the wrong way for us. Sales person tested water but I don't think she was used to seeing high pH like we have out here. We really needed a different solution to take care of that, but that wasn't suggested. So our water is even softer now. This keeps us from being satisfied with what is a good product otherwise. Last periodic servicing January 2017, satisfactorily performed."

"Mark had worked with us a couple of years ago in replacing a gas line and did a great job.  So, when our water heater stopped working, I texted Mark at 8 pm. Mark was at his birthday party, but got back to me right away. We talked and he gave me advice as to what could have been wrong with the heater. The very next day (I believe it was Sunday), Seth, who works for Mark,  was there in the morning to take a look. Given that we have two young children and were without hot water, I appreciated it that they cared enough to look at it on a Sunday. We determined that given it was an old heater, and that the part that was faulty was expensive, it made more sense to replace the heater. The very next day, they came with the new heater and installed it in 3 hours. And just like that, we had hot water. They did a great job and even tidied up some of the plumbing around the heater.
I've now had three great experiences with them, and I don't even feel the need to price shop anymore- they are always on the reasonable side. I understand that there may be many companies that can replace heaters, but I think the combination of quality of work, honesty, friendliness, cost and care for the customer that they exhibit is unparalleled. "Storm responded promptly to my email and was able to come by the same morning. He determined that the turbines were damaged and would need to be replaced. We already had some of the roof shingles. Storm went to Home Depot and purchased the replacement turbines and installed them and replaced the necessary shingles. He inspected the roof and added some needed silicone caulk. Storm detected the smell of methane from one of the turbines and asked to take a look in the attic. He showed me where one of the bathroom vent pipes was clearly damaged and we agreed that he would return the next day to repair the pipe.
