More bids/estates came in much higher than theirs AND I also learned from others I could buy my own water heater and pay a plumber for insulation only. So I got a new WH and an extended warranty on it. Mother Plumber sent a Fantastic-informative-polite technician Matt to install and warranted his work. AND THEN I learned about the membership without auto renewal AND I saved even more money on that! I can tell you, you can’t beat this company in price and coverage. And i just trust them. "He confirmed there was a small leak but could not locate it exactly to be certain where to do the repair, because we were having roofing and remodeling done that echoed in the slab, so it was too noisy to hear properly with his listening equipment. The leak was small and not inside the house so we agreed to call him back at no extra detection cost when the other work was finished and he could hear. But in the meantime the tile company found the leak when they tore out the old tile and could see and hear it, so their plumber fixed it the cheap way by going through the slab since the floor was already out. I will be glad to call Mr. Morgan again if we have any more leaks. He is always prompt and capable and does no damage to our home."

"The installation itself went well, and the additional items promised were received. We negotiated for more items since we didn't need an additional RO filter. NOW here is the BUT. We do have satisfactory whole house basic filtration, BUT it adjusts the pH the wrong way for us. Sales person tested water but I don't think she was used to seeing high pH like we have out here. We really needed a different solution to take care of that, but that wasn't suggested. So our water is even softer now. This keeps us from being satisfied with what is a good product otherwise. Last periodic servicing January 2017, satisfactorily performed."

"Mark had worked with us a couple of years ago in replacing a gas line and did a great job.  So, when our water heater stopped working, I texted Mark at 8 pm. Mark was at his birthday party, but got back to me right away. We talked and he gave me advice as to what could have been wrong with the heater. The very next day (I believe it was Sunday), Seth, who works for Mark,  was there in the morning to take a look. Given that we have two young children and were without hot water, I appreciated it that they cared enough to look at it on a Sunday. We determined that given it was an old heater, and that the part that was faulty was expensive, it made more sense to replace the heater. The very next day, they came with the new heater and installed it in 3 hours. And just like that, we had hot water. They did a great job and even tidied up some of the plumbing around the heater.
I've now had three great experiences with them, and I don't even feel the need to price shop anymore- they are always on the reasonable side. I understand that there may be many companies that can replace heaters, but I think the combination of quality of work, honesty, friendliness, cost and care for the customer that they exhibit is unparalleled. They'll easily be my only call for my next project as we need to replace our air conditioning units. Highly, highly recommended.

"Storm responded promptly to my email and was able to come by the same morning. He determined that the turbines were damaged and would need to be replaced. We already had some of the roof shingles. Storm went to Home Depot and purchased the replacement turbines and installed them and replaced the necessary shingles. He inspected the roof and added some needed silicone caulk. Storm detected the smell of methane from one of the turbines and asked to take a look in the attic. He showed me where one of the bathroom vent pipes was clearly damaged and we agreed that he would return the next day to repair the pipe.
