"The own showed up on time was respectful Professional and expoerenced. He diagnosed my issue and even had all the parts on hand in his truck. While other companies told me it would take a few days Urgent Air was prepared on-site to fix my issue. Pricing was fair and he worked with me and gave me a better deal then others even on a Saturday. I would recommend them 100% and can't Thank him enough for making me cool again. I will also be setting up service agreement to continue maintenance with Urgent air"

"Jorge contacted us very quickly after our request for service. He visited our home to assess our needs. Hearing that we are snowbirds in the last few days of our FL stay, on the following day Jorge installed a wireless thermostat and guided us through the "app" connection process. He also performed needed maintenace on the central AC unit. We were very pleased with Jorge's professionalism and his expertise.
