"Comfort Caddies came out next day to service our air conditioner line and clean the unit. The technician Basilio de Jesus was extremely knowledgeable and professional. His equipment (and uniform) was very clean and he wore boot covers which was appreciated on our new carpets. He explained the issue in detail, provided the cost upfront and then made the necessary repairs the same day. Our unit is now super clean and running smoothly! Based on our positive experience, we decided to sign up for the ongoing maintenance plan with Comfort Caddies. Thank you!"

"John is great. He came to do our central air maintenance and told us our gas close to the air conditioner unit is leaking, so I called the gas company right away. I called John “Life Saver”. He also helped to download Resideo and connect our Honeywell air conditioner device to Resideo so that I could remotely control the CA anyway. He cares about his customers. I would strongly recommend him."
