"Darrell who owns the business was great. Super service and very helpful. I am going to use him for all my plumbing needs. Can't speak highly enough about him and his company1"

"Kalen was great! We broke the bathtub drain pipes while trying to replace the cover. Kalen came the same day and fixed it, even installing a panel for easier access in the future. Everything looks good and works well. Thank you very much!"

"Very professional. Know what they are doing. Took time to explain every step of the process. Took many pictures. Experienced in working with insurance companies. Kept me informed all the way through the process. Replaced a broken line in the laundry room floor. Had to jack hammer up the concrete, hand dig, and replace pipe, then finish by replacing concrete on floor. They arrived at 9am and were finished by 1pm. The cost did not increase because of the extra effort that was involved due to the drain pipe being only inches away from the water supply line. All of the people involved, from the office to the plumbers to the owner are just great people. Do not hesitate to call them for any plumbing issues, large or small. Thank you, Sewer Surgeon."

"LJ describe the needed repair and how he would approach the leak. He was very clean and professional in this project and we have confidence that he not only knew what he was doing but repaired the line, cleaned up the area and billed us for the amount we agreed upon prior to the work being completed."

"Damion was very helpful in checking out a slow drain, and really put our minds at ease."

"They came up with a creative idea to repair/replace the gas line that runs to our outdoor kitchen. The price was very competitive. They were prompt, completed the job as promised and verified the leak was addressed. The only thing that prevented a 5 Star review was the post project cleanup. It was raining so I’m certain that affected that part of the project."

"Chris arrived on time within an hour after I called Anthony Plumbing (super response time). Chris and I went into our basement where I explained my concern. He asked questions and then did his analysis of the situation. Chris gave me two options to consider, I made my choice, and he went to work running the powered snake through the drain line."

"Kc Flow Heroes replaced my sewer main after I had tree roots and old rusted out cast iron pipe. They were honest and the work was done quickly. Very clean and courteous. They used a technique called pipe lining and didnt even dig up my yard simply put a hole in the basement lined the sewer all the way to the city main. Thank you Kc Flow Heroes!"

"Highly recommend David K. and Dick Ray! David did an excellent job and I enjoyed working with him. Second visit for estimate and work on main line shutoff valve.
