"John, owner of Improvement Pros, and his team recently finished a kitchen remodel for us. Although we kept the same layout, the cabinets, counters, kitchen sink, and backsplash were all replaced. His team also added crown molding and trim on the soffit to help it blend in with the cabinets. John is very good about keeping in touch throughout the project, so we usually knew what to expect day-to-day. The project did run longer than expected, but that was because one of his employees took a job overseas and quit without advanced notice. If that wouldn’t have happened, the job would have been finished as expected. To make up for that delay, John worked on a Saturday and gave us a small discount on the overall price. He also strived to make sure that my husband and I were both satisfied with the end results. Not happy about a tile? He’ll fix it. Cabinet doors look just a little off to you? He’ll straighten them. At the end of a project, he asks for honest feedback because he wants to keep improving his business. Since this was the third time he successfully completed a project in our house, we knew we’d be pleased with the results of this project as well. He did not disappoint and we love our new kitchen!"

"EXTREMELY detailed, took their time and did GREAT prep for painting. The paint post prep looks FABULOUS! Great group of guys, VERY friendly. Would never hesitate to recommend them. "The initial interview and project scoping meeting was a pleasant experience. Matt Gowler is a true professional when it comes to planning. He wanted to know how the space was to be used, who would use it, what our expectations were and special requirements. He drew up a plan that was perfect for us.The construction went like clockwork on the schedule our project manager Ben set up. We were kept informed of progress regularly and all of the materials vendors we met with were fantastic. Picking out cabinets, counter tops, carpet, tile, and paint colors was quick and easy. Their promise was done in 45 days or less and they were done in less than 45 days with a 900 square foot basement. They contacted us today for a followup check of anything that needed to be fixed. They were very pleasant to work with and we were not bothered by workers at all. Ben coordinated everything and made sure it all went right.

"Michael built us a beautiful deck.  He knew we needed the deck built before our wedding (about 30 days) and he made sure it was done.  He showed up every morning (Mon-Sat) at 7:30am and was there most days for about 10-12 hours.  He also cleaned up each evening before leaving.  Our deck is very beautiful and very unique.  Michael worked with us to come up with a really nice design.  We would definitely use him again for other home projects.
Michael also helped us with some plumbing issues while he was there.  He didn't need to do that, but he is such a great guy.  He also is a Christian with great morals.  :-)
