"I researched and obtain estimates from 4 different companies to install new central AC units in our house. We chose Cano Heating and Air because Javier, the owner provided a very detailed assessments and work plan. The other companies talked straight about the cost and didn’t even bother to look at the furnaces. He explained everything and even drew some of the work and parts that need to be done in the attic to ensure that we won’t have any future issues later. He also provided the most affordable package with high quality equipment. I also like the fact that’s it’s a family-owned business. His two sons are the technicians who installed the units and are very professional. They also got the job done sooner than expected. They explained everything that they were doing and what to expect. The units are really quiet and gave us all the required information for the warranty registration. They also helped us set up the thermostat controls in our cellphone so we can control them anytime and anywhere. "I had to call for appointment one week after no contact regarding the form I filled out online for what kind of service I wanted and what times were acceptable. They had to reschedule even after setting the date on the 12th. Continually tried to upsell me to replacement rather than repairs. After interacting with him, I'm not sure labor is included on replacement or even repairs. I bought the 3 year package but had to request a refund."

"We received the phone number of this company from a friend that hired them and he was able to reduce his utilities bills by doing an efficiency audit that includes covering all the openings at the house (windows, HVAC, Doors etc.?.) and then with a machine, running the test and to see from where the house is losing most of the energy and to perform a repair that will prevent that in the future. Ezra and his team of workers came to perform the test and to see what need to be repaired or improved. The audit took close to 5 hours and then the machine that they used worked for additional 2 plus hours. After that was completed, we saw clearly that the problem was the windows and the HVAC. Ezra recommended us to perform a repair to both of them and then to run the test again. After the workers of them finished the repair, Ezra came once again and did the test. He was pleased with the results and so as we. During all the work, we saw how it was before and how it was after. We do recommend this company for that type of work! They are professional and honest people to hire and they carry all the relevant licenses as well."
