He discussed various options and made thoughtful intelligent recommendations. Because we had a leak he prioritized that repair which was a replacement of the pool heater and came the very next day . "We had used Secure to re-roof the rest of our roof about 10 years ago except for the new addition. We have never had any problem with the original re-roofing.
This time we wanted to have the addition roof repaired before we left for a 3-week vacation. Although they were scheduled tight they committed to completing the job before we left. It was a bit of a squeaker but with our firm encouragement they completed the job about 4 days before we had to leave.
Although the new roof has yet to be challenged by a good rain storm, I trust that it will perform as well as the original roof which they installed or if any issues develop, they will follow up and cure any problems.

"We called to schedule an appointment, the guy came on time and explained us all about solar and answered all our questions. He found out the first system we installed was too small and that is why we aren't saving any money. He was able to design an additional system that would work with our existing system.  With in a month materials and installers came to our house and installed the system with in 2 days. 3 Weeks later Edison came and turned on our system. Since then we are truly not paying any electrical bills and we are finally enjoying our solar system. Year to date we have a credit with Edison of $222.6 and still counting.
Great company to work with great product and finally a company who delivers what they promised.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Overall I had a good experience with US Pool, just take a look at my pics of the pool and SPA they put in for me at the end of this review. They are a growing company that does many thing right. Which is the problem with good companies that will follow Great leadership. A raising start help me to layout my pool and assured me of the outcome. He always made sure I had someone I could look in the eye on site and in the finish that was great."

I have a two story house 1900 sq. ft.  The cleaning service consisted of two people to clean the whole housefor four hours.  I asked them to concentrate on my kitchen and bathrooms. The Kitchen cabinets had gonk and grease they're so gross and sticky from the previous home owner and I wanted them to really concentrate on those.   

The cabinets were 50% better than before. I think these cabinets will unfortunately have to be salvaged and I think they did the best they could with the products they were working with.  The bathrooms were cleaned well.  I specifically asked if they would move the furniture( sofa, bed etc) and vacuum under them but that was not done- and I hardly have furniture, I didnt think it would be too much to ask.  
Items that were on counters were cleaned and miscellaneous items were just stacked or placed in little butter cups they found around the kitchen.  The service did not include interior window cleaning or stove and refrigerator cleaning.  Those services were extra.
Overall, I was satistified with the service provided.
