"The job that was performed went exceptionally well. I didn't have a pick-up truck to retrieve the water heater from a local store, he went over to the store and picked it up for me. He removed the old one and installed the new one. He also cleaned up the water that leaked over when emptying the old one. I called Affordable Plumbing in the morning and he was right over with in the hour. He hooked up my water line for the evaporative cooler while he was here. The cost was much less than what I had anticipated, a whole lot less. I'm satisfied and thankful. He's upfront with cost and no hidden fees. "So the job started because I had a water leak in my garage which was underneath my hot water heater so they had to rip out the door and replace all the plywood underneath my water heater because it it was soaked in water was dripping everywhere. So at the leak was found they removed all of the damaged sheet rock in their remove the doors to my water heater and my furnace then they use their blowers to dry the area out the used dehumidifier. They were fair they were honest on how long it would take to complete the job in they did a excellent job with cleaning all the mess in Hollywood it away and cleaning up the areas where they were.I would hire them to do any other jobs list Siri at my home because of their professionalism and honesty.

"These guys are top notch. First of all, on a Saturday afternoon, they responded immediately to my phone call about my water heater which had sprung a leak. They were willing to come and do the job right then, but because of my work scheduling issues, I had to wait until Sunday for the full blown repair. Their answer? No problem! Then I asked them to talk me through turning off the correct valves so that I could at least have cold water to the house. Instead, they actually made a special trip to my house to make sure the leak had stopped and set me up with water for the night. When they did show up on Sunday morning, for no extra "Sunday morning fee," and on time, their work was thorough, professional, and done with quality parts (Rheem water heater, nice big and deep drip pan). They took the time to explain to me what had happened, what they needed to do, and why. They were ready with parts and took only a few hours to complete the job. I was really dreading emergency plumbing repair, plus the feeling of overpaying just because it happened on a weekend. Instead, these guys didn't charge extra for weekends and were spot on with their estimate based on calls I had made to friends. "They remodeled my main bath half way which included the ceiling fan, a lavatory and a new sink. I am still planning on putting in a new type of fiberglass shower by taking the tub out. They also remodeled a second half bath with a new lavatory, a new toilet and a new ceiling fan. I have used them over and over again because I don’t figure that I can get better than what the plumber is. I have probably paid them about $2000 or $3000 for the work done by them this year. In the last 3 years, I have probably employed them at least 6 times. I don’t call anybody else and I only call them. PHC Systems is a small organization. It’s a one man ownership with 2 or 3 workers. He is not overwhelmed with his staff. He is able to accomplish jobs with the small workforce that he has. The plumber in the way of plumbing, heating and cooling is a big part of keeping our home in a good shape."
