He was super polite! Brought in his equipment (including floor/rug covering), accurately described the scope of the job and estimated timing. "This Company is terrific. When the damage to the chimney was found during the cleaning we were shown pictures which clearly showed the damage. We asked for an estimate and it was send quickly and was a very good price. The team showed up on time and not only were they professional they were very personable. When done they explained what was done and actually showed us what had been taken down so we could see how bad the old chimney had gotten. We have now found our chimney company for future cleanings and repairs. Highly recommend."

They were able to figure out that my fire place kept going out because the bottom metal piece of my surround was getting too hot and making the safety switch shut off the fireplace. They are even going to find me a different metal piece that will allow for better airflow. Will definitely call them again for maintenance."
