"These guys are awesome. They are professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and personable. I’m always happy to welcome them into my home. They make sure it’s always done right. For instance, I had a poor little bat sneak into my chimney. Suffice it to say, it didn’t survive my first burn of Autumn 2020. They promptly sent out their guy (I think it was Mike) to thoroughly inspect and seal the chimney cap. He found the smallest opening and took care of it. As far as installation goes, they work quickly, cleanly, and courteously. Get on board with these guys! They’ll be there for you when you need them."

Phil and Brooklyn showed up right on time, were very professional, worked for 8 hours straight with normal breaks and kept the area as clean as possible as they went. On the front end Peter and Ginger did a great job with the appointment setting and flexibility that was needed negotiating the contract. "T and T owner answered my request within an hour. I needed a chimney inspection for a home purchase, asap. He was able to get me on his schedule before the week ended. The technician arrived within 10 minutes of our scheduled appointment. He spent 20 minutes inspecting the chimney, and took a lot of pictures.
