He checked it from the top down and told us why the chimney smoked so badly (poorly designed chimney cap) which he removed. Only one caveat, and it was about the office, not the work - don't leave a message. Call back until you can talk to a person, because they either don't return messages or have a problem with their phone system. Other than that, they were great!"

"They called to verify the appointment which was good because Home Advisor had accepted an appointment time different than what I had suggested. We were able to work out a time that worked for both of us. They showed up on time, were friendly and got right to work. I had just purchased a home and wanted to make sure my fire place was safe to use, in good shape and a little about it. They were honest about the fact that my chimney was already really clean and in great shape as far as the could tell. they also explained everything about my fire place and showed me the ins and outs. I got some great tips on how to clean the glass easily and they looked a the second chimney that was for the old furnace and suggested some tips for keeping it in good shape. Over all I was really impressed and would happily use them again and recommend them to someone else."
