For a two man team, they worked swiftly. Since they had to remove my old Chimney kit then install the new kit which was over three stories high I thought it'd take all day but they were extremely clean & professional. This team explained the entire process from start to finish. I'd recommend this company to anyone! They were so professional that the whole neighborhood came out to watch them work. "When i sent the request I did so because I kept hearing something in my chimney. When they arrIived I was not home, but they had already completed the inspection upon my arrival. I was told there was nothing in the chimney, but there was a hole that would need to be repaired that would run about $4200, and they could cap it for about $375, if I wanted. I said i would get back to them, but i continued to hear something in the chimney so I called someone else to check it out for me. There was a full blown birds nest with eggs. So I will be calling someone to remove that after the eggs have hatched."
