"This team is INCREDIBLE! Such kind people and very knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to get our cleaning and inspection completed (and in a timely manner!), plus review additional repairs needed to get our fireplace back in shape. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone in need of fireplace and chimney services."

"These guys seem very confident and knowledgeable. They were friendly and helpful and not only did they clean the chimney, they found some problems that would have been a fire hazard, which I have hired them to fix."

"Everyone I dealt with — from the womanwho answered the initial call to the different woman who phoned with a reminder ... to David who called to tell me he was on his way (on time!!) ... everyone was impressive. And they fixed my problem, cleaned up and were super friendly! If you need fireplace work — five stars (or whatever is the most!) from me!!"

"David and Zack came out to our house in December for a chimney cleaning and inspection. We knew we would be needing some degree of repair on our cap and pan, but David informed me that we had been fitted with the wrong size pan the whole time we have lived here and the damage was much more extensive than we anticipated. We were quite frustrated that no previous chimney service company brought the issue to our attention before the damage was done, but David put together a fair and comprehensive proposal to fix the chimney. Huge job that David and Zack’s crew, led by Jerry, got done a couple of days faster than quoted! Special shout out to Christine at the office for her speedy and super helpful communication! We will definitely be hiring them for all of our maintenance going forward! I give Nevermore Services five stars because that’s all I’m allowed to give!"

"DEVIN CAME OUT TO INSPECT AND SHOWED US PIX OF THE 30 YEARS OF DAMAGED TO BOTH CHIMNEYS SO WE KNEW WHAT TO EXPECT. THE WORK TOOK 2 DAYS. HE AND CASEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH. CALLED WHEN ON THEIR WAY. CLEAN UP WAS DONE AND WE HAD A COMPLETE LIST OF REPAIRS BEFORE THEY LEFT."

"They have what you need pertaining to fireplaces."
