We are hosting a Baby shower this weekend and the Mom to be is allergic to dust & cats. I’m not a consistent duster & we’ve had a cat living with us, at one time or another, for 32 years. So having this work done was very important. Wish I’d been thinking better as I’d have the dryer cleaned too! Sorry, no before pictures as they would have really showed the need, but can put an after one. Absolutely thrilled!"

"Chris came out to provide an estimate for power-washing our deck.  We have a fairly large deck and were simply looking to get it washed and sealed (no staining).  Chris provided an estimate which seemed a bit high to me but I didn't have anything to compare it to as his was the first estimate we received. He offered to take 10% off his estimate if we did the service the same day so I decided to take him up on the offer.  He did a good job, was professional, and the deck looks great.  He also washed the back of the house above the deck which was nice. 
The next day, we got a second estimate for $235 ($85 less than the cost through Chris), so I obviously felt a little overcharged by Chris in the end.  Especially because the entire job took him two hours for a single person so that's a pretty high hourly cost even if you factor in the equipment cost.  Overall, I was not dissatisfied with the service but would likely not use the provider again - only because of the large discrepancy in price between the two, highly rated providers.
