He was courteous and professional and gave me a reasonable quote to complete the job outlined. He came out a few weeks later and completed the job as promised. He and his team were polite, cleaned up upon completion and the Chimney looks great. He said if I had waited any longer it would have been a much bigger problem. The last company out here told us I needed a lot of other work to the tune of about $2500 but they said that it all it needed was a sweeping did not need a chemical cleaning at all.
