"The reason I first hire them is to look at the boiler to reconnect the pipe so I can get it tested. The plumber came and he told me he does not do that work. They lock you in with the deposit and so you use it or loose it. The work that was done was okay. To reconnect two 1.5" drain pipes for $450.00 is a lot of crap. I would not hire anyone that would ask for a deposit, for it is the games that they play. Use it and they still charge you more for the job."

"The guys that came out to do our home energy audit where very professional.  They gave me an overall explanation of what they would be doing and as they did their work they updated me regularly as to what they where about to do next as they completed each part.   They found my boiler was a bit out of spec on the amount of CO2 it was producing and I suggested i have it looked at.  I took them up on getting one of their maintance teams over to look at it and to my surprise they where able to be here before the Home energy audit guys left so they where able to explain what they found face to face.  It turned out to be nothing major just a bent piece of metal a little to close to the flame cause a lose of efficient burn.

"Amazing. Nothing but professionalism. After a rough week of dealing with the install of a new central air system in the hottest part of the summer, these guys were wonderful. They came in, knew exactly what to do. Their work was methodical. Even leading up to the conversion, appointments were set up for the gas line, inspector and meter hook up without any work on our end. We also had an additional heating zone added in the basement. After the job, they cleaned up the best they could. I gave it a once over once they left, because oil is just dirty. They stayed to explain how it works and what to do if something isn't working. "Since this was an emergency (we were concerned that the pipe might crack with no support) we went with Universe as that was the first company we contacted. The service manager (Tommy) sent over a tech (Nick) within 2 hours. Nick proceeded to remove 20ft of old pipe and replaced with new PVC and new support straps. The job took about 5 hours including the assessment and cleanup. The service was performed very professionally. We did pay $2,700, which we feel was a quite high for 5 hours of work. But, since we didn't get competing bids we can't complain."
