"They came on time and proceeded in a wormlike manner gathering the facts and finding out the trouble .. They laid out a plan of action and found the outside pipe station to insert the Snake and did so after explaining their action to me in advance. They then ran the water to flush out the broken up clog. They told me that I should run the water more because I was not running enough to flush out the effluent on a daily basis. I told them I would .. The cost was reduced a bit because of my Veteran and age status . I was happy the Job was done with a pretty good clean up and willingly paid the $300 cost. In the future I will be calling MAX for other jobs ."

"The replacement was done professionally. The initial trenching from the water meter 27 feet to the house was no easy task. They had to tunnel under a walkway and a pony wall to get to the main valve inside the garage and to the irrigation system on the outside of the garage wall. Then they had to prepare the trench with sand to lay the new pipe onto. The new pipe was encased with vinyl to further protect it and a wire was also included to be able to trace the water line if needed in the future. New connections were made to the irrigation system and the house piping which included a new pressure valve and ball valve. After the City of Henderson signed off on the job the line was backfilled. An attempt was made to put back all of our decorative rock landscaping. That turned out to be a challenge. I had to go out and buy 12 bags of rock to fill in the thin spots. I expected that problem before they started so it was no surprise. All in all it was done to my satisfaction. Well done."
