"We purchased a Sunbrella material retractable awning from North County Deck in 2010, as part of our new deck installation.  North County Deck obtained the awning from Abbott Industries/Abbott Awnings.  It is a large awning (more than 20 ft) operated from a switch inside our house.  The awning has a manual operation in case of power outtage.  It is well made and came with a 5 year warranty.  Recently the awning material split along a seam.  We notified North County Deck, who contacted Abbott and arranged to have the awning picked up and repaired.  Today (11/19/2014) a team from Abbott Awnings reinstalled the awning and ensured it worked properly.  There was no charge to us.  Though Abbott Awnings has new owners since we purchased the awning, they have retained their commitment to customer service.  We will be glad to purchase from them in future.

David gave a great presentation about the company and the prices of the services provided. David was in touch with us through the whole process and worked with us to set up the payment process. David let us know if there were any hick-ups with the windows being completed and the process of the install. With the install, the workers were prompt with coming in and getting the windows install. The workers cleaned up after themselves and the after inspection was thorough. I will definitely recommend Crystal Factory for any other window repairs. "I had purchased draperies and hardware online, and needed to have it installed. Rick contacted me, and though he was booked for the next week, managed to squeeze me in on the weekend. Arrived promptly and was very organized and knowledgeable. He went over the different options available, removed the existing brackets and patched the areas (awesome), and installed everything beautifully.

 I'm extremely satisfied with the results, and am working with him to add custom cornice boxes to finish the look of the drapes. It was hard to find someone who would install drapes that were not purchased from them, and was so glad that Rick was able to do this job for me. It really makes a difference in having someone who works with window treatments for a living vs a handyman. I will use him again for future window treatments that I have in the bedroom that require custom hardware."
