"I hired Dave to do some work in my parents home after they had water damage from a leaking bathroom. Dave had to redo all 3 bathrooms by fixing damaged walls and ceilings, painting, putting in vanities, and tile. He also did some repairs in one of the bathrooms and the basement. Dave is a contractor who is a professional. He communicates and keeps you in the loop throughout the work. He cleaned up nicely took care of things and was trustworthy. It was a 4-5 week project and he assured me that he would finish in time and he did. The cost for the work was reasonable and there were no hidden costs. He was conscientious and did extra work which he did not charge for. He always asked me what I wanted done and before he did the work, he explained what he was doing. He had his son and his wife working for him. He got a tooth ache while working and had to leave for about 2 hours to get his tooth inspected. He was very professional."
