Get matched with top grout: replace or repairers in Boyertown, PA

"Quickly repaired my chimney and explained all the work that was done. Very polite and professional!"

"We asked Petru and his colleague to remove the floor grout in our large bathroom, which had become badly soiled and discolored. We had an electric tool which my husband had used to remove grout successfully in other rooms. Unfortunately the tile in our bathroom was ceramic tile that could not withstand the vibration of the tool without chipping. We talked about removing the tile and putting in new,but we asked them to just try removing the grout first, They did it BY HAND. It took all day but they were successful. The next day it was sealed, and the floor looks like new!"

"It went fast and very smoothly. Mr. Nance kept the place neat and clean as he worked and he finished the job on time. I'm very pleased with the quality of his work and how it all looks!"

"In addition to the granite tops repair and polishing, Tony also cleaned and sealed our tile floor grout that was neglected for several years. He is very experienced and professional. He tested 3 areas with different cleaning solutions to determine which product to use. On difficult areas he used a different cleaner. The floor came up great as well as our granite tops. He also finished a marble tabletop for us. We highly recommend him, he is also very personable to work with!"

"My experience was great. Dennie was very responsive after I made the initial contact though Angie's List. I included pictures of my old damaged sink. Dennie gave me a quote over the phone and he agreed to come to my home which was an hour and a half way. We made the appointment, he arrived on time and I had a newly resurfaced sink in about 4 hours. I would hire Dennie again. He was responsive to my calls, on time and did wonderful work. He cleaned up everything perfectly. My sink looks like new!"

"Kenny provided good work at a good value. He was courteous and respectful. He has offered to answer any question we have or touch up anything we find. We will look to use Kenny again on other bathrooms in our house."

"The owner, Shawn, is clearly busy as his next availability was two weeks out. Good for him. On appointment day, he arrived several minutes early in a clean truck and with a very good personal appearance and friendly attitude. He donned those little booties and went to work.
We haven't had the pipe cleaned in 15 years and was it ever ready! He removed a large amount of fluffy lint, cleaned up all around and was done in about 45 minutes. We feel better that we had this done and expect the dryer to run more efficiently thus saving us some money and possibly extending the life of the unit.
I notice on his card he does many other cleaning type jobs. We would certainly seek him out should the need present itself.
Thanks, Shawn, for your good work!"

"I was very satisfied with the product and installation.

"We have used Prestige for 5 renovation projects in the last 18 months. All were good experiences. Prestige never was the lowest price but we used them because they had done a reasonably nice job on our other projects and they are good about keeping the timeline of your project moving. They do not hold you up which was important to us. But what I found is they are not good when something goes bad. The most recent project had an issue where the stone backsplash for the bath was not cut to allow a center stack of cabinets between the sinks in the bathroom vanity. Our contractor had to leave for a short period of time and when he came back the stone was quickly installed with a one piece backsplash. The drawings and templates all showed a two piece backsplash. The tile we purchased for the same project required 4 boxes and one had a different lot number unbeknownst to us so when the tile installer played out the kitchen backsplash the tile did not match and had to come down. The sales people at the store were terrific and made sure to get the matching tile sent out ASAP and did find a matching lot number to finish the job. But the owner would not make good for the additional charges our contractor charged us for to fix these two major mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes and how we handle them actually builds a stronger bond with customers. The owner chose to adjust the charges a token amount which was an insult. I would at a minimum secure in writing some guarantee that if you run into any issues with the final installation that Prestige will do right and compensate for the additional rework that is required. It is very disappointing to not use someone you thought was a good business partner. I have no axe to grind as my project is complete and the disputed amount is minimal. I simply wish to share my experience (as I told Prestige I would). Good luck on your projects and always treat others as you would like to be treated."

"Very talented, respectful to me and his workers. I feel I received great service and value for the price of this project. Once a start date was determined, Mark and his assistants came on those days. When I asked for suggestions, Mark gave input. 2 baths remodeled. I purchased vanities/toilets/faucets/tile/etc on my own: Master bath, demo fiberglass tub and replaced with tile shower. Tiled floor, installed new toilet and vanity, hung mirror & medicine cabinet. Hall bath, demo fibroglass tub, replaced tub with tile to ceiling, tiled floor, installed new toilet and vanity, hung mirror & medicine cabinet. I am completely satisfied with Mark's workmanship and would definitely hire for future projects. I gave a referral to my friend and she used Mark to tile her shower, hang shower doors and install new vanity top. She too was completely satisfied."
