"I thought they did a good job, but then what does a 67 year old woman know about A/C service. Our A/C had been running fine just wanted the annual service in case we needed Freon or anything. Four days after they serviced it the A/C shut off and wouldn't come back on. They sent the technician back out the same day and he lifted little plug on the drain and it started right back up. He left and it ran ok that night...then it shut off again. My wife is a Chief Engineer and she brought home a wet vac and a CO2 tank and clear it again. She showed me where the plug to the drain was for if it shut down again. I spent the next day having to lift the drain and then manually sucking water from the drain pan to keep it running and not leaking on our floor. Saturday morning I called and told them I wanted them to come back and fix whatever it was they had done. They sent the guy back out and his boss told him to hook a hose up to the drain-line outside and flush it out from there. I told him we have a common drain that is for 4 Condo's and showed him where it was. When he hooked it up and turned on the water, it flooded our downstairs neighbors Condo. Him and my wife helped them clean it up. They were very nice considering. He then hooked the hose up inside our house and flushed it slowly from inside our Condo and then used the wet vac to blow-it out again. This last action seems to have fixed the problem. I really appreciated the fact that they came back twice to try to fix the problem, but the fact that they didn't know flushing that single drain line would flood our neighbors Condo or the fact that our A/C was fine before they serviced it means I'll not use them again."

"We were led to this company based on great personal references and we needed servicing for our central ac unit. The owner Bart (who answers his own phone), responded promptly was clear and very gracious. He took the time to ask many critical questions to help with a preliminary diagnosis right away that indicated a possible issue with our original installation. Then even at a very busy time if the year when he could have just deferred, he offered to come out and verify what I had described and upon arrival he was exceptionally professional and thorough. We went through the history and situation surrounding our issue and instead of suggesting a complete replacement of our unit or even a partial but costly and inadequate repair, he shared a ton of knowledge and gave us advice on how best to proceed putting our needs first. While we did not ultimately need his service on this call, he has certainly earned my respect and will be our go to for future needs."

"Great, same day, super efficient. Another company that was first to call me tried to up-sell me on replacing the entire a/c unit instead of topping up the Freon per my request. I said I know things about air conditioning since I am a senior citizen and my systemâ s history, so I was expecting to just get an annual pressure test, routine stuff. So that first guy didnâ t get my business because he failed to respect my preferences and judgement and saying stuff like â R22 is so expensive and itâ s better to change out the unitâ , not realizing I know there are at least four drop-in replacements for R22 today. After that weird phone call, Iâ m glad to have instead used Freezing Pointâ s guy who even with no English ability took care of the job, climbing up on my roof with the refrigerant tank and gauges.
