We have a 3000 s.f. house on probably 1/8 acre lot. Smallish. I was floored by her estimate and her attitude about our home, which looks the same as the other 25 homes in my subdivision. And they all are well kept and look good. Also, they all look the same, so I have no idea why she thought I would/could change the look of my pavers and driveway when every house she drove by on the way in looks exactly the same. Maybe she quoted that high of a number because she didn't want the job. But no need to be insulting. I texted her to tell her we're going in a different direction because her budget was too high, and she never responded. Seemed like a bother for her to come here and she thought she was above the neighborhood. I don't recommend talking to her."

All three were installed improperly and leaked throughout the entire home in the attic. This caused over $1.5m in damages. Black mold throughout the house. Had to move out and buy another home!! All along Sansone said they would make good on the negligence and now when it comes to writing the check they are not doing it. STAY AWAY from this company if you like your house!!
