"As a widow with a child, I purchased this run down Ranch through an estate on 12/21/15, only to find out within the first two weeks that my PSEG bill was $200/week with the heat never getting over 60 degrees despite running incessantly. He did it all through the blizzard, getting to work when most employers were shut down, and plowing through my property to get access. Removing all past debris and pests from a 3ft high crawl space in freezing mud, or getting all workers, chemicals and machines through a 3x2 opening in a bedroom closet as the only access to the attic was no deterrent or excess charge. Steve's work ethics are PHENOMENAL, and he remained professional and courteous throughout, with the best advice and zero patronizing. I am so grateful for all he did for me."
