"David replaced our old water heater with an efficient heater that saved us hundreds of dollars. He was friendly and very respectful as he explained our issue and how he would solve it. Ps. David also removed our old water heater with no problem. He did the entire job in a timely manner."

"Anji recommended four plumbers. Cassidy was the first to respond on Friday afternoon. One other plumber responded but I could not understand his heavy accent, and he asked me if I wanted him to replace the whole burner assembly. That made no sense to me and I questioned him about it. Suddenly he became "too busy" and hung up the phone. Another plumber didn't respond until Monday morning. Too late. The fourth plumber never responded at all. Cassidy asked if it was an emergency or could wait until Monday. I said Monday. and asked what time? I did not get an answer on Friday. Around 8:30P I called and got an answering service which told me that I wouldn't get a response until Monday because their office closed at 8:00P. I had asked about what time on Monday before 6:00P George arrived Monday morning. He was friendly. He knew what he was doing. He replaced the thermocouple. All work was done neatly and professionally. We have hot water again. I'd use Cassidy again."

"Excellent service. Dave replaced my low water cut off and steam gauge glass and replaced some corroded pipes. He answered calls promptly and was pleasant and respectful during the covid-19 quarantine. He is very knowledgeable and his work is meticulous."

"Bryan and Alex were excellent and improvised on the fly to make the repair. JSP answers the phone and gives you updated arrival times for the project. Outstanding service!"
