"Performed the annual service on our furnace. Cleaned several contacts. Checked for carbon monoxide which had never been done before as furnace was old and more likely to have problems. As furnace was original to house from 1996, gave a bid for a new one. Stated did not need quite yet, but we decided to buy new furnace from them and had them install. But, the installer only replaced the outside parts and never replaced the catch basin the installer said they would on the inside. The AC unit works great though! "We just moved into our house and realized there was a heating oil leak in our basement at the shut-off valve.  We've never had heating oil before so I wasn't sure who to call, but the other people on the list I called could not get out for a day or so and I wasn't sure how dangerous it was, so I wanted someone to come take a look as soon as possible. Mr. Nash had good reviews and when I called they seemed to know exactly what I was talking about.  They were able to put us on the list of service stops that morning and the repairman called right before he arrived to let me know he was on his way.

He fixed the immediate problem by sealing up the old  faucet in the open position and made some recommendations on what we should do to get a working shut-off installed, as well as explained why this probably happened. And he put down some powder to absorb the oil on the basement floor.
