As furnace was original to house from 1996, gave a bid for a new one. Stated did not need quite yet, but we decided to buy new furnace from them and had them install. They even added additional lines we requested for future additions to other rooms as we or future homeowners desire. Installation was quick and professional, with good communication throughout. All done at same or lower price than competitors. Our kitchen and adjoining DR & LR (and the whole house) have never been so comfortable on 90 degree days. Winter heat is way more even and comfy too.
