"The installation went well. My husband was home when all this was done. This was done on Monday, Aug. 14. The installers said the electrician couldn't install the additional circuit until Wednesday (they were so busy). After the electrician installed the circuit a technician was to come to finish up. My husband had to call the main office to have that done on Wednesday; otherwise it would have been Thursday or later. My husband had medical issues and appointments which made finishing later than Wednesday untenable. A technician did the finish-up work on Wednesday afternoon."

"We just moved into our house and realized there was a heating oil leak in our basement at the shut-off valve.  We've never had heating oil before so I wasn't sure who to call, but the other people on the list I called could not get out for a day or so and I wasn't sure how dangerous it was, so I wanted someone to come take a look as soon as possible. He fixed the immediate problem by sealing up the old  faucet in the open position and made some recommendations on what we should do to get a working shut-off installed, as well as explained why this probably happened. And he put down some powder to absorb the oil on the basement floor.
