"Decided to give MSD a call as I had another company over the house today to fix my AC and they were not able to repair it as they needed to order parts. Mehmet answered the phone and couldn't have been more professional/helpful. He spent 10 or so mins on the phone with me trying to understand the problem and give me advice. He unfortunately couldn't send some one out as he was super jammed with the current heat wave. I will not hesitate to call Mehmet again as he is a true professional and very knowledgeable."

"Amazing service received by Berardi. Contacted them in the evening and they responded in a few minutes and came over same evening to look at my broken gas heating system. Very knowledgeable and was quick in getting the parts needed and unit up and running again. Very impressed with them coming out evening and the following Sunday where many companies are closed. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
