Erik suggested that we remove the side by side double hung windows and replace them with a single picture window. This solution opened up the view of our back yard, increased the amount of light that comes into the living room and dramatically changed the look and feel of our home. They also broke our blinds in one of our bedrooms and did not fix it or even tell us about it. We found out after they were gone."
