"I purchased a hot tub from someone over a year ago, but didn't get it set in place or wire until recently. After getting it wired, the tub wouldn't fire up. My dad installed a new motor, but we still couldn't get the jets going. I gave Joe a call on Monday he said he would be out Wednesday or Thursday. I received a call Tuesday morning saying he could come out today. He was very thorough with checking all the components of the tub and explaining evertything as he was doing his thing. Unfortunately my dad crossed the wires and forgot to hook up a few others. About an hour and a half later, I had a fully functioning hot tub. "Our MPO handyman completed quite a bit of work in just four hours--it probably would have taken my husband and I at least 12 hours to do everything he did. He loosened a tight hot water faucet handle, insulated some pipes, installed fan switches, repaired broken sink stoppers, and installed many coat hooks in various locations.
Only hiccup was in setting up the appointment. I failed to confirm via email and lost my first appointment slot, but I wish MPO would have tried to confirm with a phone call instead of cancelling me.
