"Pedro and his team were excellent. They were professional and timely, hard-working and meticulous, and trustworthy. Best of all (at least for me), is that Pedro is VERY responsive and his team is assigned to get your job done and done correctly. They show up on time every day, and were willing to work late into the evening to hit the project milestones. Pedro was 100% clear about the costs, and he made sure I fully understood the areas where the costs were not known or where the costs could possibly change. For example, he said, "If you open up this wall, I'm not sure what we are going to find." I told him to proceed and his team opened up that wall and found that the previous contractor had installed literally zero insulation. Pedro met with me, reviewed what his team had found, went over all of our options, gave me his recommendation, and only proceeded when I completely approved the additional work that would be done and the additional cost entailed. Pedro is a true partner and his team does great work. I cannot recommend them enough. My wife and I have already booked them for another job renovating a first floor porch and creating a roof over the open-air second floor porch."

"Rarely (if ever) do I write reviews but we were so blown away by John from Lancaster Home Remodeling that I felt compelled to do so. We hired an architect for a major redesign of our home (addition, removal of walls, ceilings raised etc). We met with several contractors and liked John immediately. He was very thorough walking through the house and reviewing the architects design. He asked very detailed questions and it was clear when comparing John to the other contractors he was incredibly detailed oriented and we were unlikely to come across many surprises. After we hired John he was in regular communication regarding the start date and project timeline. He started right when he said he would and we were immediately impressed with work. John does not just pass off work to sub contractors. He was on site every day working, keeping everything on schedule and communicating with us about the status of our project. John caught things that the architect and engineers missed. There were several unexpected roadblocks and John handled each one of them calmly and confidently. You could tell this man has seen everything and knew how to solve anything our old house threw his way. John's craftmanship, work ethic and quality speak for themselves. Above all though, John is a good person, honest and friendly. I can recommend him with the utmost confidence."

"I signed a contract on the first week of June to have PIC Home ?Pros? remodel 3 bathrooms. They stayed for a week in the middle of September, and stopped coming, leaving a vanity in one bathroom, and a shower door in another bathroom completely uninstalled. On the last day here, I was told shower door still has not been manufactured yet, but would take a couple of weeks. They told me that it would cost $150 to have them come back to finish installation, even though contract was for them to complete the work. They ignored my emails to them, so after waiting for 3 weeks and receiving response to my email, I called them, and was told that the shower door is not ready, and even though it?s been 4 months since it was supposed to be ordered, there is still no ETA. I asked that they come back to install the vanity, since we still have no sink in one bathroom. I was told that would cost another $650 to come back and install it. They will work until they are paid in full, then abandon you. "
