"Great. S&S did a fantastic job even had to deal with Home Depot not wanting to replace a warranty unit. I have already hired for other plumbing work and told a dear friend about them who needs work done in their home. They are helpful, courteous, and get the work done and done right. I wish I had found them years ago. I have an old house and will continue to use them. PhysicalThey are the best plumbers I have ever used and terrific owner. A pure pleasure to do business with even under stressful conditions"

"This was the second time we used H L Bowman for our plumbing needs and we have been impressed both times. Their plumbers are prompt, courteous, and friendly, in addition to being great at their craft. For this visit, I had a leak under a kitchen sink and did not realize that I needed to have the entire faucet replaced. The plumber recommended the closest plumbing supply store and waited while I selected the one I wanted. He efficiently did the replacement. Very happy with H L Bowman and would highly recommend them."

"I couldn't recommend these guys more. We had a 21-year old boiler replaced and upgraded, and a new hot water tank installed. I can't think of a single way they could have improved the whole process. From start to finish, they were knowledgeable, on time, clean, considerate, extremely professional and they did exactly what they said they would. The also installed a temporary hot water tank and left electric space heaters on the one night the burner was out of service. Everything is now working as they said it would, and a big bonus is their workmanship actually LOOKS great too! A+++"

"The young technicians who came to my home to installed the new thermostat and move it to another wall in my home were polite and conducted themselves professionally in my home and cleaned after themselves. I very appreciated Uri suggestion when he recommended to me another alternative at the initial visit and gave me a few quotes to choose from. So I'm very happy with ER service and I would rehired these two individuals back to my home. I will definitely recommend ER to other people in my life."

"Jim did a great job! But, $620 to replace faucet that I bought seems a lot. 1 hour of work?"

"My gas water heater was leaking and starting to get a bit old... so I needed a replacement. Boston Standard gave me an estimate after emailing them a few photos of my existing setup, and came out to replace it the next morning. Their estimate came in lower than another company I looked at by a fair amount. They also gave me a discount on a scratched water heater they had on hand that another customer rejected. The were prompt, professional, and got the job done quickly. I will absolutely hire them again for my plumbing needs."

"His response was so quick that we could have it fixed very shortly. He completed the work so gently and efficiently. I’d like to ask him again if any plumbing issue happens."

"We had MA Design and Construction completely renovate our kitchen last year and our master bath this year and we couldn’t be more pleased. We really appreciated their design input, which helped us with materials selections, color schemes and all manner of details that we never would have considered on own. The contractors were very attentive to the fit-up, since our 120-something year old house has few square corners or flat floors, but the final products hid those oddities very well. We were very happy with all the specialists who came to our house. Always punctual, courteous and friendly. Our dog will miss them. We are planning to have MA Design and Construction renovate another bathroom in the fall."
