I was out of town so he worked well through phone calls, texts, and photos and then with my family who was home to provide access to the house. He quoted a competitive price to replace our gas water heater and rearrange the gas line to solve a leak and to fit the new water heater better into the available space. He was straight about what was included and what would be extra in his quote. After his crew left we had some concerns that did not meet our expectations.
