A call to Mark got that corrected quickly so we could move a car if needed. Overall a good experience."

"House was originally painted in 2006.  Advertising from company says paint lasts a lifetime, but unfortunately it doesn't....Nothing lasts a lifetime and warranty is only good for owners at the time of service.  With our initial telephone call I was told that the person I needed to schedule with was out of the country for 2 weeks and they would have him call me upon his return.  After almost 3 weeks, he didn't call so I had to call the office back.  The process of getting him out to look at the areas that needed to be touched up took several more weeks, each time with me calling the office.  This was also very frustrating since the only person that could help me worked part-time, so it was hit or miss to reach her when I called, and it was hit or miss for her to return my telephone calls.  After several weeks I was finally told the painter would be out on a certain day to do the work.  He and I walked around the house so I could show him the areas.  It was kind of a wasted effort as he missed spots I pointed out.  During the initial painting in 2006, the garage windows (2) were not painted at all.  He took care of those, as well as having to repaint 3 kitchen windows....All the windows that were done were painted shut AGAIN!

Rick and his son, Chris, were very professional.  I was concerned about the undertaking of this remodel but after meeting with J Co. I felt at ease, in addition, I felt I had the right company for the job.  They worked long hours  including Sundays, trying to get this project finished for me in a timely manner and they did just that. 

I don't think there were any surprises once they job was started.  Rick was very observant when I showed him what I wanted done and also made some suggestions of what he thought should be done for the best turnout.

After each work day, I took notice that they took time to clean up after themselves.

"Eric was great to work with!  He came out and gave me an estimate the day after I called.  The quick response was crucial for me since I am trying to sell the house and the roof issues popped up during the inspection.  He was willing to work with me and I feel gave me a great price on the job.  I couldn't believe his crew got the entire roofing job done in one day.  It looks great and best of all, they cleaned up afterward.  You can tell Eric knows what he is doing and he obviously takes pride in the work his company does.  I wholeheartedly recommend him if you need roofing work done. 

He was also able to repair some drywall in the garage at the same time the roof was being done.  His drywall finisher is excellent and did a super job.  It is often difficult to make a repair look as good as the original work but he was able to do that.  It is especially difficult to repair a textured ceiling and to blend it in with the existing ceiling but it looks better than I expected it would.  Great job!

Update (June 2014) - We sold the home and during the home inspection, the inspector said that was the best roofing job he had seen!  We were pleased with the work ourselves but it is always nice when a professional confirms what you thought."
