"This branch is TERRIBLE. I have used Window World in Brevard on 3 house flips. Then started buying in Ocala area. Sharon the manager here is awful. She is super rude and unprofessional. The whole project last year was done wrong. I requested CWS windows made in Ocala they ordered different window manufacturer the windows don’t auto-lock and I am stuck with them. The front door and window they didn’t even order which put my project 3 extra months behind. Sharon had the nerve to ask me for text messages proving my door order and cws windows even though it was on the contract. What happened is the bidder put it in the basket for measurements and no one ever came out to measure for the door. I called multiple times to check on status never did they mention the door hadn’t been ordered till window install day and I was missing a door. They also installed a window with a huge hand print defect on the inside. They don’t quality check their windows prior to installing them only further delaying completion. It’s a complete cluster F$@K. Fast forward a year almost I am getting a bank loan now on the property and the bank is doing due diligence. They found Window World never closed out the NOC on my property so I may lose my underwriting due to delay. Sharon the manager blames my bank for not doing their job. They are literally doing due diligence and their job. Sharon makes excuses for all her and her office’s inadequacies and is a nasty person. She even hangs up on customers. They have absolutely no customer service skills or integrity. I try to reach the owners and they are nearly impossible to find and seem like they don’t care at all about their customers. They live in Brevard county they are not even local to Ocala. Out of sight out of mind. Will never do business with these incompetent, rude, lazy, unprofessional awful fraudulent business and people ever again!! The bidder and installers were the only good thing I can say about this company. I am an experienced property flipper and work with dozens of contractors. These people are terrible. Run!!"

"I gave an overall F rating because of the outrageous cost of a 40 minute service call even though the worker and the work were excellent. Service guy came on schedule for bottom freezer of frig that was leaking.. He was extremely knowledgeable and businesslike. After taking out ice maker, sliding freezer door and back panels in freezer box in order to get to the cooling coils, he diagnosed the problem as a clogged drain. At that point he gave an estimate of $406 for the repair. Assuming the repair would be complicated and time consuming, and already having committed to a $95 service call expense, I reluctantly gave the ok to do the repair. To my shock and surprise, the fix was completed in about 30 minutes. The service guy was clearly embarrassed about the cost and explained that the charge was dictated by the job code--plugged drain--and he could do nothing to reduce the charge. He did suggest that a 20% discount coupon was often available on line and suggested I download one. I tried to do so but the discount coupon was no longer being offered. He checked on this and confirmed that it looked like the promotion was not available. I think his embarrassment caused him to spend about an additional ten minutes to adjust the upper refrigerator door which did not close tight due to sagging. The fix was adding a shim washer to the hinge pin that probably cost 10 cents. All in all: a 40 minute visit; 10 cents in parts for $406, or a $600 per hour rate. Was an outrageous ripoff. We will never again do business with Sears for any work. As a comparison, my local, top flight, car maintenance and repair shop charges at $95 per hour. I am also complaining to the Better Business Bureau."

"Dwight from Cornerstone Construction is the REAL deal! I am probably one of the pickiest people when it comes to contractors. I have never liked a single one, but Dwight is absolutely wonderful. They have remodeled our entire kitchen (removed our whole old kitchen and replaced it with a brand new kitchen including appliances, exhaust, backsplash, etc) - it looks perfect, which I NEVER say. I have no conflict of interest....I am tired of contractors who don't do a good job so when I found Dwight, I was ecstatic.
