"I called Arcos because we had a small problem, with our kitchen drain, that I just couldn't fix. I spent most of my summer underneath my mobile home trying to unclog the pipes. Edgar came out and told us what the actual problem was. It turned out my "small problem" was actually a huge problem that I couldn't have fixed myself. Edgar had to replace all the piping under our mobile home (in the rain, snow, frigid temps) so we could use all our drains again. He kept us informed on every step of the project. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and did a FANTASTIC JOB!!! He did in such a short time what I couldn't do during an entire summer! I highly recommend Arcos Mechanical, and Edgar, to handle any and all plumbing projects you may have. Call him first, like I should've done, and save yourself a lot of money, time, and frustration and let them do it right the first time!!!!"

I messaged Andrew and he called me back right away and let me know he was still coming. He found our septic tank and pumped. unfortunately, that didn't solve our plumbing issues. He tried to snake out the toilet but no help. He tried so hard to take care of our issues but in the end it is a plumbing issue and not a septic issue so we ended up having to call a plumber. Would highly recommend for any septic issues or pumping!"

They had to demolish the old bathtub into small pieces to remove it. Their installation of the new fixtures was perfect, taking care to avoid chips and scratches. Class A workers all around."

"As I requested they provided the cost for drain snaking upfront. A simple procedure that most others would not quote. (They wanted to do a separate "diagnostic" visit and additional fee. The work was fine. The technician very competent and concientious about keeping things clean. The only rub, they wanted $179 to put the toilet back in (way out of line). I think they could have told me. Nevertheless, I drove to home depot for a wax ring and had it done in 10 minutes. Overall, a 4 oout of 5. If they charged a more reasonable rate for reseating the toilet i would have had them do it, and would have rated a 5."
