"Project was install a new water heater. what a great group of service people. Pleasure to have in my house. Knew what to do, explained what they were doing so to educate me to make intelligent decisions on the work. Gave me heads up on any future problems they saw. Clean up afterwards, no surprises and great prices. Would call them first to work on any project that needed to be done. These are the kind of service people you want doing your work. "Wayne. Explained everything before work was done. Also. Cleaned and did tune up on my heater. Very reasonably priced on both. Services done same day. Wayne and Lamar very clean and courteous. These services were done in October 2019. I have already recommended them and given out their business card. Also the pen with light that was given. Definitely a plus."

"The company replied quickly and gave an estimate as requested. We were quoted for 2 new shut offs and 3-5 replacement shut offs. The plumber only brought 5 fittings, but he gave me the option to run to Home Depot to get more... I was also instructed to replace a hose which wasn?t leaking until after the repair, but it was easily fixed when I suggested to connect the new hose to the pipe rather than to the leaking hose. Sharkbite valves were installed. If I knew they were going to be used, I would have done the work myself. The plumber was proficient with the Sharkbites, I just expected that a pro plumbing company would solder. When the plumber left, there were no leaks, and I didn?t feel like making an issue of the other 2 valves which I wanted installed."
