Knock You Out could have tried to make some money off of me by saying they needed to come out and look at it, then referring me to the City, and then charging me for their time/truck-roll (while prolonging the entire thing for me). Knock You Out is not cold and unscrupulous. By spending time with me on the phone, but doing no work here and making nothing from it, they proved themselves to be honest and decent people. "Glenoak came out to reinstall a toilet that had been leaking .  While there, they noticed a leak from the pressure tank, which needed to be replaced.  They went out for the part w/o charging us for that time or travel.  Unfortunately, the replacement part didn?t work, and ultimately they had to replace the entire toilet.  They fixed a small gas pipe leak near our furnace while there, too.

"Showed up on time. Did everything asked (and more). He stuck around and fixed a pipe which gets clogged about once every year. Originally changed out the water heater. Was here about an hour for the waterheater and about another 30 minutes to help find the shut off switch for the outdoor water hose.
Was great to work with and answered questions. Would use again.
