"Grove Heating & Cooling came to the rescue 5/17 after another local company couldn't complete the job. We needed our heat pump/compressor moved for the installation of a patio then reconnected. The "other" company disconnected then couldn't schedule to finish even after giving them a months notice ahead of time. We found Grove and gave them a call. It was after hours and the on-call tech returned the call. He wasn't able to come out that night but made sure to call to schedule the very next morning. By noon we had service to reconnect the heat pump and 3 hours later we were up and running. Everyone at Grove were so responsive and went out of their way to make sure we felt like a priority. You can really tell why they have been in business as long as they have been with how well they treat their customers on top of being technically proficient. And when I say immediately, I mean 11:30 PM.  We had hoped to see him in the next day or so, but he came that evening. He was able to quickly identify the problem with the registers and dampers and able to get warm air flowing to the otherwise very cold areas of the house.
