"I'm not a big writer but have dealt with contractors for more than 35 yrs. Believe me I am probably not the easiest to please BUT had absolutely no problems. Courteous, professional and the quality seemed far better than the price we paid. I have other projects on the horizon and believe me Dustin will be getting my first call."

"My. Kenny is a decent guy to work with. His workers were very professional. They did the job fast. There was small time delay, but it still was fast enough. All in all, it was a great service. I would recommend penny brothers."

"We enjoyed working with Frank and getting his ideas on how to build our new deck. He offered a lot of nice suggestions after signing the contract, none of them changing the price he quoted us (which was very competitive). He thought of things that could be done to enhance the deck using existing materials (i.e., eliminating waste) and to make the deck more functional. His experience building decks was clear. The crews showed up on time and were very professional to work with. They also offered many ideas while building the deck, also not adding to the cost. Our deck is over 1000 sq/ft so we appreciated all the ideas. Per our request, they did a nice job cleaning the work area each day so our kids and dog could play outside safely. They didn't seem to mind this at all. We really enjoyed the crew.
The negatives:-
- Our credit card was charged at each agreed upon interval, except they never asked for authorization. This wasn't a big deal but after mentioning this to them after the first time they continued to charge without authorization. We were not really concerned since they were on schedule and doing a fine job and charging the agreed upon amount. Just be aware in case you plan on using multiple forms of payment (e.g., more than one credit card)."
- - After they finished the project we needed them to come back out to make a few "adjustments". Just normal expected things. They kept giving us a day when they would show up, but would not make it out. It rained a tremendous amount during this period and we knew they were behind and we were fine with that (we didn't have anything that couldn't wait and we trusted them). It just would have been nice if they called to let us know they weren't going to make it out that day in order to set our expectations instead of us calling every few days to check on the next attempt date (they did answer when we called so they weren't trying to avoid us or anything like that). They eventually made it out and gladly took care of everything we asked for. I am confident they will continue to take care of warranty items in the future if any arise.
- Overall, I would use them again and have recommended them to our neighbors. We really did enjoy the crew and the final product was on-schedule, at agreed upon price, and came out super nice. I am glad we chose Deck Pro. We got 5-6 quotes and found out that most of the contractors were jack-of-all-trades that hire crews that are not deck experts (they may be fine but we were more comfortable going with a deck company). Frank employs his crews and all they do is build decks, or similar projects. The crews work together on each project so they know each other well and know how to work together. Good experience, I do recommend.

"There are three letters to describe this company, and they are WOW! Not only was the owner hands-on throughout the entire process, he ensured any subcontractors that he used, since he was our General Contractor, met his high standards. Because of the work he did for us, one person used him for erosion control and another to remodel their bathroom. I personnally think this company is fairly priced, has high standards, and places customer satisfaction as their main goal. Great Job!

"The guys were great, came on a Sunday as we did not have use of the garage until it was repaired. They did everything they said they would do and more, and the garage is quieter and works better than when we moved in."

"The company was great! Response time was fantastic. My project was adding an a sunroom onto my home. I gave them my budget, they told me to budget at least 15% more but they ended up coming in on my original budget, which allowed me to get some new electrical done! Best choice I could have made, I have been telling all my friends!"
