"Replaced ceiling fan Installed bathroom medicine cabinet Moved furniture to other room. He was on time and had an excellent work ethic. Jobs were completed on time and to my satisfaction. Also he had a good sense of humor and was very likable."

"Andre was great. Very professional, efficient and excellent work. Had two ceiling fans installed. Would definitely hire him again!"

"Needed help installing a dryer vent through a brick wall... Didnt have the right tools to drill a 4 inch hole in bricks efficiently and decided to hire someone. I spent two hours trying to do this with minimal progress... told my wife I'd be laughing if the guy showed up and knocked it out in an hour. Franklin came out and drilled the hole for me in about 45 minutes for a reasonable price. He had all the right tools and made quick work of a task that would have taken me several hours and buying some new tools. Great work franklin!"

"Terrific, we decided to go w/ Stoneberger because their sales representative spent time advising and guiding us through the options, the colors and styles of doors. She listened to what we thought we wanted and helped us find the right solution. No other sales rep we met with offered that customer service. She also followed up on time and was super easy to work with once we decided on specific doors. Installation also was on time, efficient and went very smoothly. We had one issue that arose b/c of the age of our house and Stoneberger addressed it quickly and beyond fairly. Highly recommend them."

"Miracle Method did a great job resurfacing the floor, the bathtub and surround, and the shower and surround. Everything looks new. They even cleaned our existing shower doors to look new. They removed the toilets to resurface the floor and placed new wax rings when they replaced the toilets. The only negative part of the resurfacing process was the smell of the chemicals they use. We had to open a lot of windows to vent the odor."

"My house is SPARKLING clean! I've been in this house for 13 years and it really needed a good washing. They took the time to ensure everything was cleaned to my satisfaction. What an excellent job. Zach is a gem and his team is really nice and so hard working. They made extra efforts to clean and move items on my patio around that I wasn't expecting. They spent extra time at my house to make sure it was done properly. So professional, nice, grateful, gracious and pleasant and I can't say anything but nice things. Two of my neighbors booked with him before he left today. Zach is full of knowledge on the details of soft washing vs. power washing and even patio sealing. Don't hesitate to call him to do work at your house. You will not be sorry you did. I am definitely going to hire him again next time and am telling all of my neighbors and friends in the area about him. I did a ton of research before I hired him. He offers the best quality at the best price. Can't beat it. I uploaded an after picture. The gutters were almost all black and the patio was pretty black as well. Thank you Zach and team!"

One was friendly enough but spent a lot of time trying to sell me on a set of very expensive speakers. I asked several times to have all wires run for the surround even though I had not unpacked my "inferior" speakers but they did not. I got tired of asking and the length of time it was taking to run the ones they had was unbelievable so I gave up. I used to do this for a living so I know the situation they were attempting to install in was not ideal but it still should not have taken that long. Service was priced high due to the length of time they spent on doing the job. I should have done it myself.

that needed to be performed, as well as a cost and time estimate to install these improvements. I appreciated being able to ask questions and have a positive and informed discussion about the issues. Dan is a very pleasant and knowledgeable "gentleman" who works very hard at explaining the tasks that needed to be performed. Dan is the one who made me believe in the Mark Group and it's ability to make these changes translate into energy savings.

When the work was scheduled to be performed, the installers were knowledgeable professionals, who showed up on time and worked long hours to get the work complete within the two date estimate.

The work was done with respect for my property and without undue interruptions. The installers were also very pleasant and informative.

Dave Condin was the final person who came to do quality control. He is an amazing and talented person. He is fun to talk with and seems to be the ultimate problem solver.

A week after the installation we are now facing a heat wave, and I can already see the benefits of this program. My house does not heat up because of the attic. The air conditioning runs less frequently, and the house seem far more comfortable.

The best part is that PEPCO agrees to a rebate off the cost of the installation. This makes the process and unbelievable bargain.

"The work was performed very thorough, and my wife and I commented on how we wish we had hired them much sooner. The house is gleaming now for the new owners. We'll be reaching out for service at our newer home soon."
