We also had an outdated picket wall around the basement stairs. Isai recommended modernizing it with a sleek 3-foot wall, and it was completed within the three-day timeframe. Thrilled with their exceptional work, we discussed adding a dream screen porch and deck. The estimate was too good to pass up, so we went ahead. The results were nothing short of spectacular. The screen porch was beautifully integrated with the roof joists, and the deck, built on sturdy 6x6 posts and attached to the house, was a masterpiece. When we realized our old appliances didn’t match the newly renovated space, Isai went above and beyond, helping us select and purchase new appliances and offering to install them. "We have used this contractor several times in the past and his service has recently been declining. This last time we were really disappointed. He quoted a price for the above work and completed about 75% of it. We paid him in full and then he did not come back. When we asked him when he was planning on finishing the work he was unresponsive. When we finally got in touch with him he said he was booked up for the next week and wouldn't be able to finish the work.  (He left a room unpainted, caulking incomplete, paint tape and tools out, and didn't power wash a door. We also had paint splatters from some painting that he did complete on a darker colored wall.) As I said before, he was usually very professional so this time we were disappointed. <br />"

He went under the house and found out that our pressure gage had burned up. But since we knew our pump was close to being gone and he had one in the truck we just had him fix it. I got three estimates to hook me up to county sewer after my septic system failed and Cox beat out the other companies by a wide margin. Because of the price difference, I was leery and asked for written confirmation of what they were going to do and the price agreed upon. I received the contract the next day. Within a few days they came out and did the job and I'm thrilled with the work. They worked fast and never once did I see any of the men standing around doing nothing.
