"I was satisfied. It was a very brief very and a short issue but they were good to work with. We were getting ready to sell the house, the buyer had an issue with the water pressure, and it was during the bitter cold time when everyone's water pipes were bursting. We had them scheduled to come and look at the water pressure but they didn't show up. When we called they said they would come a little late, we said that's fine because we knew there were lot of burst water pipes and ours was not nearly severe. However, they didn't call and when they didn't show up, I called their office and there was somebody there after hours. They didn't take my call but they immediately called my husband and apologized for not getting back with him and told him that it would be later. They did show up two hours later, they didn't call us to tell us they were going to but they said the technician was not told to be called. He stayed until all my questions were answered. He was very proficient and he was very professional. Even though it was cold and he had been in cold water all day, he was very good and I was very pleased. It only cost me $50 even though he showed up after hours so that was good. He was sitting in cold basements the whole day, so he was having a miserable day and he still came and did my call so I was very happy."

Mike Jr.and crew arrived on the scheduled day and finished the waterptoofing project in the time-frame they estimared. They were communicative and always helpful with any questions I had. When they were finished. Mike Jr. spent a good amount of time showing me the work they had done both inside and outside. The basement work looked great and they cleaned up everything once they were done.
