"My husband & I were interested in removing an old wood stove & putting in either an electric or gas fireplace.  In mid-December, we went to Pacific Hearth & Home and were happily surprised by the size  of their big selection & beautiful displays.  The salesman showed and explained the pros & cons of each type and helped us decide on a gas fireplace.  The hardest part was selecting one of the 'surrounds' since there were so many lovely options.   <br /> A couple of days later, the owner Matt came to our home & took measurements of the proposed site as well as the length of gas pipe we'd need, etc, then promptly sent an estimate of the job - which included tearing out the old brick fireplace (with wood stove), getting the permit from the city, the installation of the gas line, and the complete install & finishing touches.   I changed my mind about the color & front panel of the unit about a week before installation, but Matt got back to us with the new numbers quickly & we were able to schedule the project for the first part of January. <br /> The men who came to our home to do the job are wonderful people - D.J. and Ryan spent the most time here and they came to feel like family.   I actually left a key for them to let themselves in when I couldn't be home - that was a first!  They were friendly and funny and complete perfectionists - it was obvious that they took immense pride in doing a great job.   They covered our floor with canvas tarps from front door through the living room & kitchen and right up to the fireplace, so everything was protected from start to finish.  They also covered our furniture and ceiling beams with plastic and put a plastic 'wall' between rooms so the dust would be kept in the work area.  Two other men came by for the gas line installation & to work on the drywall, and they were complete professionals & good, personable guys.  <br /> At one point, a supervisor, Scott, came by to check on the progress as well as giving us tips on maintenance and use of the remote, etc.  He was clearly on top of things and was determined to make sure we were happy with how things were progressing.   <br /> It took them 3 1/2 days to complete the job, and I am absolutely thrilled with the fireplace.  I actually got lots of tips on how to further decorate the room from D.J.  It is clear that he has 'vision' and a talent for making things look good.   I wish we needed more fireplaces, because the process was a joy from start to finish.   <br /> GREAT experience! <br />"

His crews were amazing: coming early and working late, to complete the job in a timely manner. He worked through the existing landscape plan, modifying it when certain plants weren't available, and adding more plants and upgraded materials than expected. I would definitely hire TSD again."

"AWESOME! In 1 day I had my new roof. Steve's crew removed my existing roof & gutters, replaced the boards that had dry rot, installed 4 skylights & gutters. All trash was removed & my decks were all cleaned as if no one had even done any work. The crew couldn't have been nicer. Steve has already done two jobs for my friends where I referred him. "Last October 2011 we broke ground building our first pool.  We decided to build it ourselves and contract out all the pieces of the project.  My husband met with and collected at least 3 bids from every subcontractor for our job, and after a careful selection process, we decided to hire Erik Johnson Tile for our rock and tile work.  We were confident in our decision and have never looked back since! Our project was broken down into three different stages – tile around the pool first, our large rock waterfall and then our stacked three river rock around the perimeter of our pool and spa.  Each stage brought a different crew, and they were all equally brilliant!  The workmanship was beautiful, down to every last detail – pebbles inserted into the mortar in the cracks of the waterfall to give it a natural look to handpicked slabs of rock for our step to our spa.  Erik was onsite at each stage of the project to ensure we got what we wanted.  And Susan, his assistant in the office, was more than accommodating and a joy to work with!  We couldn’t be happier! Thanks to the whole crew for helping turn our backyard into a dream!"

"Our kitchen is amazing; it's the centerpiece of our renovation.  Amy was incredible to work with.  This was a very complex project with lots of changes made by our architect along the way.  We worked together for hours discussing layout, island positioning, cabinet finishes, and countertop and backsplash design.  She laid of the entire kitchen in Auto CAD so we could see everything in 3D.  Everything was measured down to the 1/8 of an inch and our contractor was thrilled with the easy of installation.   <br /> Choose your designer carefully; you will spend a lot of time with this person.  Amy was incredibly responsive and also sensitive to the sequencing that needs to take place on a construction project.  At many of the big kitchen design firms in our area the work gets done by underlings and your project is one of many.  Amy lived and breathed our kitchen.  The more time we spend in the space, the more we appreciate all the thoughtful touches that increase storage and make cooking so enjoyable.   <br /> We wholeheartedly recommend Integrated Kitchens. <br />"

"Dustin is a perfectionist and an artist! Working with him is a breeze. He is prompt, tidy and responsive. He has a great eye and not only does he do counters, he also creates customs sinks, fireplaces, furniture pieces and more! We love the look and feel of concrete. This was not our first experience with Buckets of Stone. We have a home in Truckee and Dusitn created a "waterfall" island for our kitchen, other countertops, a custom erosion sink, a fireplace, and an original design, 12 person outdoor table and benches that are a work of art! "They are my wife’s favourite nursery. They have some really good people who work there. They give us a lot of help as far as maintenance of the lawn and plants are concerned. We have not reused their services because their price is slightly on the higher side. They have some plants that we don’t see in other nurseries. The place is really nicely decorated. It is done up in such a way that it feels like we are walking through an English covenant."
