"Once the Handyman got here, it went well. However, the appointment was scheduled for Friday, May 30 at a window of 12-2pm and at 1:30pm he called and said that he had gotten tied up at the job he was currently at and would call me when he was done. I received a call around 3pm in which he said he was on his way and based on where he told me he was, was about 30 minutes away. He asked if it was ok with us if he grabbed some lunch and of course, we said it was totally ok, but evidently it wasn't drive-thru because he did not show up to our house until a little after 5pm. After showing him the project we had [installing a ceiling fan in our master closet - cheapest one at Lowe's], he got on the phone to check in with his company and get the quote but no one was answering so we were sitting in our kitchen until he got a call back. <br /> He finally got a call back by about 5:45pm and gave us our quote [which was REALLY reasonable!!! Install and drywall repair for $90]. We approved it but what we didn't realize was that we would be responsible for the supplies. So after we signed the quote, he gave my husband a few items that he would need. My husband ran to our local Ace Hardware, picked up what he thought was what was needed and rushed back. Was not the correct stuff and there were now additional items to pick up. My husband then ran out to Home Depot and collected everything that was on the list and called me before leaving Home Depot to ask the repair man if there was anything else. <br /> After all of the supplies were provided, a sheet to cover the floor was provided by us [drywall was going to be cut out of the ceiling], the Handyman got to work. Though he completed the job BEAUTIFULLY, it was after 8pm on Friday night that he finished. It took a little while, but my husband found the conversation entertaining and the fan works perfectly while the drywall repair was flawless! <br />"

"It went better than I ever expected. They found the air generator had a check valve installed upside down. They and repaired that. They could easily have charged me for a new one. I was pleased with the integrity they showed on all repairs. They were going to have to bore and place a new light, but the service tech, Rob looked if re running a new light in the existing spot was feasible. He was able to do that when other companies told me they would have had to trench through the cool deck. Again a testimony to the ethics and integrity of this company and all personnel"

Chris, his crew, and his subs did a fantastic job. Chris kept in constant contact with us during the process as we live out of state. "Drayton was timely in response for getting a quote, and responding to schedule once I had gotten colors approved by the HOA. They did powerwashing, prep work, and readying surfaces on the first day followed by paining the stucco exterior on the second day, and were good in clean up as well. Pricing was competitive against four other bids. Receipt included warranty. Overall a good experience!"
