The second technician installed the part and was able to assist me in some technical updates on the app and digital thermostats. I learned so much from Michael and appreciated his knowledge and patience. He also fixed a safety issue on the second level and adjusted the air flow for the system. The system sounds so much quieter. It was a warranty issue with no cost."

They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. While there they replaced a p-trap, jetted the lines, emptied the septic tank and replaced the busted pipe. Their crew was AMAZING! They knew exactly what they were doing and didn't go out of their way to break the bank. The work was done in a timely manner and I was notified about each repair or procedure in real time via text or photos or call. I was in utter shock that I had been so bamboozled by such a trusted big name national plumber on my 1st estimate and will NEVER use another Septic Specialist/ Plumber unless it is Franklin's.
